LEOMINSTER — A two-family home at 23 Second St. is uninhabitable after a fire late Sunday, Deputy Fire Chief Steve Rowland said Monday.It appears the blaze, which started just before 10 p.m., began on a porch and extended into the second floor, Rowland said.
