PAXTON — The Paxton Light Department offered Pikachu a ride through town recently. Pikachu rode in the bed of a Light Department pickup, in a joint “parade” with Paxton Center School.The Light Department is also helping Pikachu practice his letter-writing skills. Local children may write a letter to Pikachu and drop it in one of the department’s payment drop boxes. Pikachu will send a letter back. Letters will be accepted until May 4.
