Police: Intoxicated driver with drunken driving history slams into cruiser in Fitchburg

FITCHBURG – A man with three drunken driving offenses on his record was allegedly intoxicated when his car rear-ended a state police cruiser on Summer Street late Monday, according to authorities.The trooper, who was conducting a traffic stop, was outside his marked cruiser when it was hit from behind.
