Pleasant Valley Country Club is no longer for sale, according to general manager Elise Aviza.In October, the club was listed for sale for $4 million. Interest by potential buyers waned when golf clubs closed earlier this year because of the pandemic. Aviza said the club was taken off the market in March.Aviza said she was pleased that Jay Magill and his sister, Beth Shropshire, will continue to own the club as golf facilities try to recover from the pandemic.
