WESTMINSTER – An early morning fire at a two-family house at 155 Ellis Road caused extensive damage to the first floor.None of the residents were injured in the blaze; two dogs died, according to Fire Chief Kyle Butterfield.Butterfield said the residents of the main house were away at the time of the fire, which was called in by tenants in an apartment.
