Middleboro woman with history of animal cruelty charged with neglect of 26 animals
Kimberly Savino, 43, pleaded not guilty in Wareham District Court to 26 counts of animal cruelty by a custodian, subsequent offense. The judge allowed Savino to go home without bail but ordered that she have no contact with animals.
