TEWKSBURY — A 17-year-old boy from Fitchburg is facing multiple charges after allegedly shoving a police officer and being subdued with pepper spray during an early-morning arrest that followed a rollover crash.
Judge grants injunction against former Market Basket execs for trespassing claims
LOWELL — Lowell Superior Court Judge William Barrett granted an injunction for a restraining order against fired Market Basket executives Joe Schmidt and Tom Gordon, barring both men from entering company property after the company accused them of trespassing about two dozen times after they had been fired.
