WPKZ General Contest Rules
THE FOLLOWING ARE GENERAL RULES THAT APPLY TO ALL CONTESTS ON WPKZ FM 105.3 and AM 1280

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win contests

2. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

3. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes that may be due from contest winnings

4. Employees of WPKZ, Central Broadcasting Co., LLC (CBC), contest sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win

5. Participants in any contest grant WPKZ (CBC) permission to record and/or rebroadcast voice or telephone calls and use names and/or likeness for any promotion without compensation

6. Winners may be required to sign a release form in order to claim a prize

7. WPKZ (CBC) limits winners to one prize every 30 days and may place age restriction on winners

8. Prizes not claimed within 14 days of winning may be forfeited and become property of the radio station. Unless otherwise noted, all prizes must be claimed at WPKZ studios, 762 Water Street, Fitchburg MA during regular business hours.

10. In the event of a ballot or entry drawing, any illegible entry will be discarded and a new entry drawn.

11. WPKZ (CBC) reserves the right to amend and/or change contest rules at anytime. All decisions of station management with regard to awarding prizes, selection of winners and interpretation of contest rules shall be final. By entering or participating in any contest, participants agree to accept any and all rules.
