LEOMINSTER — Fidelity Bank has a new vice president of operations, Kendra Paskell.
According to Fidelity Bank, Paskell will oversee all operational and transactional activities within the Operations Department, including fraud controls, staff training and development, and related project implementation.
She is a veteran of the banking industry with over 20 years of experience including operations, retail branch management, mortgage origination, and mortgage servicing management. She first joined Fidelity Bank in 2019 managing Loan Compliance, before moving to the Operations team in 2021.
Paskell has lived in Fitchburg for more than 30 years, the bank said. She has attended various compliance and operational conferences and trainings over the years and has volunteered with Catholic Charities. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors and event planning.
